For over 20 years, Louisville producer Alex Koenig’s project Nmesh has redefined the sounds of psychedelia in the 21st century. More than pioneering and predicting the evocative world of “internet music”, Nmesh captures the sound of the internet itself, running a strange modem line through John Oswald’s plunderphonics, IDM, chopped ’n’ screwed hip-hop and the foggy, hyperreal landscapes of vaporwave.
